Aby oglądać programy i filmy, należy zarejestrować aplikację na koncie umowy z nc+. Najprościej to uczynić korzystając z aplikacji w sieci domowej, w której jest podłączony dekoder Turbo platformy nc+ – aplikacja zostanie zarejestrowana automatycznie w tle. W innym przypadku będzie trzeba podać PESEL albo numer umowy i Hasło Literowe zarejestrowane w umowie z nc+.
W aplikacji można oglądać wszystkie kanały telewizyjne dostępne na dekoderze turboBOX+ lub mediaBOX+ platformy nc+. Dekoder i tablet muszą być podłączone do tej samej internetowej sieci domowej LAN. Sieć domowa musi mieć połączenie z publicznym Internetem. Można również oglądać wybrane kanały telewizyjne bezpośrednio z Internetu poprzez sieci WiFi albo sieci typu OrangeFree/blueconnect/iPlus (opłata za połączenie zgodnie z taryfą w urządzeniu mobilnym): tvn24, tvn CNBC, tvn meteo, tvn turbo, TVP Info, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, eska.tv, nSport, Canal+ Sport, Teletoon+, MiniMini+.
Programy i filmy na żądanie (VOD) są dostępne z Internetu na podobnych warunkach jak kanały TV.

To watch programs and films, the app must be registered with nc+ contract account. The easiest way is to launch the app in your home network with connected STB Turbo of platform nc+ – the registration will be handled automatically in the background. Alternatively one must submit PESEL or Contract ID and Letter Password registered with nc+ contract.
With the nc+GO app you may watch all the channels from turboBOX+ or mediaBOX+ STB. STB and tablet device must be connected to the same LAN home network. And this LAN must be connected to public Internet. You may also watch selected TV channels from Internet through WiFi or through mobile networks such as OrangeFree/blueconnect/iPlus (connection charges apply as per mobile plan for your mobile device): tvn24, tvn CNBC, tvn meteo, tvn turbo, TVP Info, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, eska.tv, nSport Canal+ Sport, Teletoon+, MiniMini+.
